have not ordered from us before, and
have not been verified by us, must
contact us before we will process any
new client orders. Clients who have
ordered from us before, don't have to
go through this process. We do this
for a couple of reasons, (A) We do
this to protect you/us from credit
card fraud, identity theft, and
unauthorized use of your paypal
account. (B) We take our business very
serious, and we only like to deal with
serious clients, and resellers who are
looking for the best type of traffic,
